My name is Jen Sieracki and I am an instructional coach. I am originally from Buffalo, NY and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the State University College at Cortland with a concentration in Psychology of Exceptionality. I also have my Masters degree as a Curriculum Specialist from Appalachian State University. I have served as a Math and Science Facilitator K-5, as well as taught second, third, and fifth grades in NC public schools.
I constantly strive to grow professionally and create the best possible learning environment for all students. I feel that students should feel inspired and excited to learn, be creative, communicate and brainstorm with others, think outside the box, and be willing to try new things. It is our responsibility as educators to model, encourage, and ensure an environment where that can take place. I truly believe that if "you dare to teach, then you must never cease to learn."
